After 6 weeks or once you’ve been cleared by your health care provider, we encourage all women to come in for an assessment to evaluate the current state of healing, the pelvic floor, c-section scar, possible diastasic recti (separation of the abdominals), any current concerns as well as guidance with exercises to get you back on track, strong and ready to handle whether it be breastfeeding, pushing twins in a stroller or getting back to the gym. And as always, lots of education to help give you your best shot at success in the post partum phase.
